Primitive Indian Juggling Clubs / Persian Meels

Primitive Indian Juggling Clubs / Persian Meels

250.00

In the late 19th and early 20th century, Indian clubs (or Persian Meels) were used as a form of exercise. They originated in the Indian subcontinent and were used to create strength and mobility through carefully choreographed routines in which the clubs were swung in unison by a group of exercisers, led by an instructor, similar to the US's 21st-century aerobics classes. (source)
