We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 10am to 6pm. We do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of being placed. Most orders within the U.S. will be shipped Priority Mail through USPS. Your package should arrive within 1-3 days. Priority mail now includes delivery confirmation. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any special shipping requests or changes that need to be made.

Vintage Items: Keep in mind many of our vintage items once had a previous life and have been subject to wear and tear. We try our best to call out any wear and tear on our product's description as well as through the photos taken (you can zoom in to the item). In an effort to make sure you are happy with your item, if you have any questions regarding a particular piece prior to placing an order, you can reach out to us HERE. On the subject line write "PRODUCT INQUIRY".
Tracking Your Package: To track your package, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Then simply go to www.USPS.com & track your package! If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to email us HERE. On the subject line write "Tracking Package Inquiry".
Lost or Stolen Packages: We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for shipment. For lost or stolen packages please track your items, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #. Then call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for further information. USPS will look into it and help you locate it as soon as possible. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to email us HERE. On the subject line write "Lost or Stolen Package Inquiry".

The Archive Studio is committed to making sure every customer is happy with their purchase! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return an item you have received, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in salable condition (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info).
- A refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected on our end.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
